I’m thrilled to share some exciting news —our FY70 Kick-Off meeting will take place in beautiful Barcelona, Spain!🌟

Even though we’re still in FY69, this is the perfect time to mark your calendars and start looking forward to what’s ahead. To make our Kick-Off truly special, let’s keep pushing hard to finish this financial year on or above budget - so we can all celebrate the results of our collective effort together next year!

As you know, Menicon has made great investments in recent years, and now we’re entering the exciting return-on-investment phase. The FY70 Kick-Off will be all about new business opportunities and how we can grow together as one powerful team.

Our theme, “The Power of One, Strength of Many,” will continue to guide us — because it perfectly captures what makes us strong: collaboration, unity, and shared success. Each of you plays a vital role in shaping our achievements, and together, there’s no limit to what we can accomplish.
